The Hive Recording Studio is located in South Seattle (Seatac), Wa. The Hive is a private studio and we are by appointment only so you will need to contact us to book time or tour the studio. 

Our mission is to provide you with the very best recording possible, while working within your budget. 

 We pride ourselves on providing our clients with an outstanding studio experience. Since our doors opened in 2007, we have had the privilege of working with hundreds of artists just like you! As that number continues to grow, we pride ourselves on our commitment to providing quality work, ongoing personal relationships with our clients and doing our part to support local artists. We specialize in recording, editing, mixing and mastering audio. We can work with a wide variety of voiceover to musical genres that range from hip hop to heavy metal to gospel. The studio space is accommodating to groups of almost any size. The Hive also provides pre/post production services for radio and web advertisements. We have flexible scheduling available by appointment, seven days a week.

The Hive has a knowledgeable and experienced staff, which provides our clients a choice of which engineer they prefer to work on their project. The Hive is not only a great recording studio we are also a local authorized traning provider for The Recording Connection. Our engineers are members in good standing with the Recording Academy.

It's not big secret that we work with a lot of rock bands. Did you know that The Hive Recording Studio is not a specific genre studio? We work with all kinds of music and are not locked into "one thing". Rock, metal, solo acoustic, or jazz? You will be amazed at how flexible our studio is with different genres of music. If you need cds we are here to help! We can provide our clients with a short run of full color cds. Just do your recording with us, provide us with artwork and pick up your cds the next day!  If you are ready  to place an order for large run of cds, we can help you.
