Built in 1954, this spacious two-story building spans approximately 2,689 square feet and is situated on a 4,291 square foot lot, featuring gated security, surface parking for 10 vehicles, and convenient access to the NoHo Arts District, Universal Studios, and major freeways.

Amek 9098i Board
We are proud to be the only commercial studio in California and one of just seven worldwide offering access to this legendary mixing console. Classic warm vintage Neve type sound or a completely modern surgical narrow Q. This along with full automation, recall, film panning, 5.1 and dynamics makes it one of the premier large format consoles EVER designed.
